Harrison Coaching Packages

Phase One - Harrison Assessment ® with Professional Debrief

New participants to the MHP coaching process will take the Harrison Assessment Behavioral Traits Profile. This assessment is web-based and only takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes to complete.

Each assessment is typically around 50 pages of narrative, graphs, charts, and overviews of an individual’s strengths, opportunities for development, performance balances, imbalances, and potential behavioral “ stress flips ”. The detail and depth of the Harrison Assessment is unmatched.

This allows people to understand a baseline of performance and also to have a clear path on exactly what actions need to be taken for improvement and achievement of goals.

Those who take the Harrison Assessment® will have a clinical understanding of what they need to do to get to the next level at work and achieve more satisfaction at home. With more than 30 years of clinical data and companies using the Harrison all over the world, this assessment is a substantive tool for knowing how to get results in every area of life.

This extremely accurate assessment helps people to see what is sometimes hidden from them. It brings to the surface those areas of performance that are both balanced and imbalanced. This allows MHP to focus in on individual target coaching with a “laser-guided” approach. As opposed to other systems, our coaching process using the Harrison Assessment® makes the best use of your time and helps you get results quickly.

A Three-Step Approach to Performance Improvement with The Harrison Assessment®

Most people want to get better results and are always looking for ways to do so. We use the Harrison Assessment® to begin a three-step process of change and performance improvement that revolves around ..

Self-awareness – (Awareness by itself can be curative).

Self-Reflection (Once you are aware, you can reflect on how this impacts performance and results. For example, you can reflect on what you said and did in a particular leadership situation and what you could have said and done to yield a better and more positive outcome).

Self-Management (Change happens by managing actions to produce a better or more desired outcome to achieve higher productivity, more effective performance, and increased leadership success).

Results can be impacted dramatically due to the awareness created by the Harrison Assessment™ and the debrief of the data it yields.

Phase Two - Coaching Process

The formal coaching process begins with the overview and debriefs of the Harrison Assessment for an hour on Zoom. Harrison.

Harrison Assessment Debrief and Coaching

Michael L. Stahl or Ryan S. Gallik will schedule a one-hour individual session to review the Harrison Assessment data. We will discuss steps to create the desired balance and strengthen traits relevant to development and success in all aspects of the leadership experience. This involves improvement in 9 specific areas related to performance.

We will set up a complete coaching process that will involve 4 weekly coaching calls of thirty minutes, 2 bi-weekly calls, and then a monthly maintenance call to wrap up and continue positive momentum. There will be “ trusted advisor ” coaching included in the investment as well.

This is where each participant can call or communicate with Michael and Ryan at any time for advice and strategy for specific situations at the point-of-contact. These phone coaching sessions are designed to improve results in all targeted areas based on the Harrison Assessment and Michael and Ryan’s analysis of coaching needs.

Within the structure of each coaching call, there will be situations and circumstances discussed that are unique to each respective individual. Coaching is private and confidential with each participant so that individuals can feel completely engaged within an environment of trust and mutual respect.

The targeted approach with the Harrison Assessment is a well-established process. The discussion and subsequent development plans that come out of that clinical assessment lay the foundation for an effective, one-of-a-kind growth experience for each person.

The Harrison Assessment, analysis, and one-hour debrief is an investment of $700.00.

option B “Phase Two Included”

The Harrison Assessment, analysis, and one-hour debrief plus the extensive, individualized coaching process is $3,000.00 per participant which includes the cost of the Harrison Assessment ®, all of the individual coaching, the trusted advisor coaching, and the development of individualized development strategy.

You will be contacted within two business days to do your Harrison Assessment ® and schedule your debrief session. Subsequent coaching sessions will then be scheduled with respect to your calendar and our availability.
