What is Situational Traummunication™ Model?
The Situational Traummunication™ Model (STM) is a groundbreaking tool for leaders, rooted in emotional intelligence and backed by decades of research. It helps leaders adapt their communication and approach to each team member's unique needs, fostering trust and growth.
-
Great leadership is about connection. STM gives leaders the insights to build strong relationships, reduce conflict, and unlock their team’s potential by tailoring their leadership style to meet employees where they are.
-
The STM is for anyone who leads, manages, or works with others. Whether you’re a supervisor, team leader, or executive, this model will transform your leadership.
-
When navigating diverse personalities, managing team dynamics, or striving to create a supportive workplace, STM is the model you need to lead with clarity and care.
-
STM combines proven developmental and organizational psychology frameworks to help assess their team’s needs and respond with the right balance of structure and support.
-
Leaders aware of attachment theory can build stronger, more supportive workplaces by tailoring interactions to accommodate different attachment needs, promoting inclusivity, and fostering employee growth.

“ We now have an innovative tool that tackles one of the most pressing issues in today’s workplace: Situational Traummunication. Did you Know…
There is a relationship between burnout and attachment styles.
One study of 150 Israeli employees found that those with an anxious or avoidant attachment style were more likely to experience burnout at work.
A of 161 employees of an assisted living center found that those with secure attachment had lower burnout levels.
Another study examined the relationship in 5 separate samples: (1) 41 Israeli MBA students, (2) 216 Israeli nurses, (3) 751 Hungarian university students, and representative samples of (4) the Jewish population in Israel (n = 511) and (5) the Arab population in Israel (n = 505).
*Across all of these samples, the authors observed that individuals with a more secure attachment experienced less burnout and those with insecure attachment style experienced more burnout.
